Das gesamte Hotel fällt auseinander, es modert überall und riecht schimmelig. Der einzige Kleiderschrank befindet sich im Badezimmer was unweigerlich zu einer feuchten Wäsche im Schrank führen muss. In unseren Fall gab es erst nach viermaligen Nachfragen einen Fön. Kein Fernsehen betreffend Sender nur YouTube. Keine Handseife und und und. Aber das schlimmste für meine Frau und was auch sofort zu allergischen Reaktionen führte war eher der SchimmelGeruch. Das gesamte Hotel und vorallem die Zimmer sind schmutzig.

This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We arrived around 18:00, only to be told that no clean room was available. We were forced to wait for over an hour while other groups were also waiting. During this time, one of the managers even suggested that we cancel our reservation because the hotel was overbooked. We refused, as this was not our fault. The lobby had a strong damp and moldy smell, and there were many geckos on the walls. While we understand that this can happen in this country, the number of geckos inside the hotel was excessive. My girlfriend has a phobia of them, which made the situation extremely uncomfortable. The final straw was when the staff member was unlocking our room and a large gecko suddenly came out from under the door. My girlfriend screamed and panicked. At that point, we immediately decided to leave the hotel. We requested a cancellation and refund and had to go out at around 20:00 to search for another hotel. Until today, the hotel has ignored all our refund requests and messages. Dirty, poorly managed, and completely unprofessional. The worst hotel we have ever experienced.

The toilet was broken, the sink didn’t drain properly and the shower and sink had no hot water. The beading for the glass door was loose and held in place with celotape which is quite dangerous.

The property was in a good location

The room we stayed in definitely didn’t match what was advertised online, very dated. The staff didn’t seem very helpful either or welcoming.

Très bien situé mais pas du tout entretenu, établissement à l’abondons, c’est dommage ..
