ZAThe location was close to where we needed to be, but the road noise nearby was a bit much if you are not used to it. Owner and family was friendly, thank you.
The floors were dirty, the kitchen cupboards/drawers were not clean inside, and there was no dishwashing liquid to do self-cleaning. Mold & cobwebs on the ceilings mostly in the bathroom. The kitchen tap is faulty and not the right type for a double basin, also leaking water onto the floor through the cupboards that were closed with cable ties. Some of the cutlery & plastics are old and worn. There is no drinking water in the fridge. The bathroom towels were old and looked like they had mold staines. There is no liquid soap to wash hands. The mattresses are very lumpy and seem old. The rest of the furniture was also old and falling apart with something living in the broken ratang/sleeper coutch (that could be heard at night). Office chairs outside at the patio table and no sign of a lighting switch to use the area in the evening. The glass front door was damaged, and I was unable to lock the back door. Floor tiles damaged. Visit was not worth the prices charged....should the above-mentioned improve dramatically, the star rating will also improve, thank you.

SZStaff is very friendly. They were able to assist us with an emergency at 3 in the morning and were prompt. Checked on the situation in the morning. They are very warm and welcoming
