Cityscape Yala - Tissamaharamaya

A lovely hotel. We spent a night there. I wish we could have spent one more night together. The safari was immediately organised. Leopards were sighted. A delicious breakfast was served to us. For those taking the bus, this motel is quite easy to locate.

My husband, my two-year-old son, and I came here for a vacation. The greatest hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka was this one. They are really welcoming. The food served in this hotel is quite tasty. Additionally, you have a lot of free time. Despite being in a small area, we had no problems with the neighbors at this hotel. This hotel also organized the safari.

An excellent hotel. Because of its proximity to Tissamaharama town, it is incredibly convenient. You must take public transport to get to this hotel. The air conditioner functions effectively. Additionally, the room is immaculate.

Restaurant was closed. Overall it was very good, helpful staff. Nice place.

Climbing to the third floor, because I have a knee problem.

The room was very clean, and air-conditioning was working very well. The staff was super friendly. The reception guy was very kind and helpful in every way. He accommodated all our needs. The food was the best in town, the potions were much bigger and cheaper! All the staff was very supportive and accommodating. The hotel is located in the center of Tissamaharama town which is very convenient. Highly recommend! Worth the price!

They can fix the room balcony by cleaning it a bit more and diverting the AC water dripping pipe to the outside of the balcony. Because the balcony was wet with all the water from the AC machine making it difficult to be on the balcony. Also if the room had hot water, it would have been great! But overall it was all good and can't complain as the staff was too good! Will come back again for sure!

Didn’t like climbing the 60 steps to get to the room

The location was very central and the staff were helpful

. The shower did not work properly and there should be better lighting in the room. The hotel offered both short stay and long stay accommodation so you know what this implies.

The photos they post are filtered and don’t reflect the teal condition of the room, the sink had no connection so water splashed straight onto the floor. The staff did their best to accommodate us however its important to know the room isn’t value for money, linen didn’t match, fittings broken, very unhygienic and unclean.
