The caravan was inhabitable, as soon as you walked in the door it felt like the floor was going to go through it was extremely spongey and laminate had lifted from the dampness the bathroom floor was the same i did almost go through the floor, rust all over the shower too. the gas fire moved alot and was no safety check done on it or sticker displayed. Everything had massive chips in it and mould around the sink, cutlery and draw was dirty and so was the plates and bowls. None of the window latches shut down properly. And the whole place wasn't clean. Ruined the kids holiday and had to spend extra money to stay at a hotel and fight to get a refund as they kept refusing luckily i had took pictures and videos as soon as I entered the caravan as they did try saying its perfectly fine nothing is wrong with it, when I said I have picture and videos they said we will send someone to have a look and fix it. Fixing it isn't possible Would not recommend this place to anyone absolutely disgusting, how can you possibly think it ok to rent a property out in this state, this was plot 14
