Our host was amazing… They allowed us to check in early and check out late since our train was late the next day. They were friendly, helpful, and kind-hearted. The location of the house was great—comfortable, quiet, and very enjoyable. Watching the sunset from the terrace was wonderful. I’m sure I will stay here again.

We were very delighted to stay in this apartment while in Tivoli. The place is absolutely amazing and has everything one would need for a perfect stay. The terrace is such a gem! The views from the window and the terrace are breathtaking. The location is very convenient - easy to reach and easy to move around Tivoli further on. Huge thanks to a very nice host, the communication was very nice! We would really recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience Tivoli at its best :)

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The kitchen has everything you need, including a refrigerator and even a dishwasher. The bed was super comfy, and linen was provided. The AC was silent and working perfectly. The bathroom is large, with a nice shower. You can find soap and shower gel. There is also a hairdryer at your disposal. There is a flat TV and WiFi, too. The terrace is large, with a table and chairs. You can enjoy a fantastic view and a lovely sunset. Plus, all the designs are super modern, original, and fresh. The apartment is in the old part of the city, so the building seems quite old, but this part of the city is medieval, and buildings must be preserved. Have in mind that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, but all those stairs are worth the view you have from up above and the silence you can enjoy in the apartment (as a plus, this was not a surprise and the owner explicitly advised about them). Check-in was fast, with keys in a safety box outside the apartment. The host is very polite and kind. Tivoli is a beautiful city, quite challenging because you have to walk up and down, but it is worth visiting. As a plus, it is only 1 hour by train from Rome. Do not miss Villa Adriana and Villa D'Este.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The apartment location is just perfect, few steps away from Villa D’este and Villa Gregoriana. Claudia was extremely friendly, always answering quickly and left a welcoming gift- olive oil. The terrace is amazing with stunning views and you can relax there in the evenings. Apartment had everything you need and was very clean. We are highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to visit a hidden gem - Tivoli. We will come back here again! Thanks Claudia for everything!

Modern, nice and clean

Unfortunately the stairs are a big deal but I was warned by the owner about that and decided to accept anyway.

We were in love with this apartment. It’s totally one of the best in my life. Very clean, very comfortable, with amazing view from the terrace where we had breakfast. We’ve had compliment from the owner – Italian olive oil. 😍 I already dream to go back to this place!
