Overall, the parking and house facilities are great and meet expectations.

However, there’s a significant inconvenience with food deliveries. Having to take my car to the guardhouse just to pick up my Grab food is frustrating. The management should consider allowing delivery riders access to the lobby for a better guest experience. This policy feels unnecessary and inconvenient.
