Beautiful Poipu AC, Walk to Beach, Pool and Tennis KP117

The condo was outfitted excellently - we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We were right next door to the beautiful Poipu beach where we saw basking green sea turtles and Hawaiian monk seals. It was the perfect base for great restaurants (e.g., The Beach House, Japanese Grandma's Cafe) and our explorations of the south and west of Kauai, including Hanapepe, Barking Sands, the Spouting Horn, and all the way up to Polihale State Park.

We had no complaints.

I liked that it was super close to the beach.

Price for a super outdated condo. Did not match the photos. The room had a bad smell. The bathtub didn't drain properly.

Good location and nice beach! Clean and well maintained. Nice view and convenient to restaurants and shops as well.

Nice place, great location/ beach. Good snorkeling/ turtle viewing in the area. Shops and restaurants nearby. Reasonable price and free parking. Good value.

A bit worn and not in perfect repair, the bathtub would not fully drain and the levers for the windows were sticking and difficult to open.

Clean beautiful ocean

Good location in Poipu, across from the restaurant area. Provided items for the beach like snorkel gear and bags. Overall nice condo setup.

No pool/hot tub onsite. Bathroom is functional though small.

Location.

The TV set-up was hard to understand, especially since the HDMI was not working. We had to call maintenance to help reset. Unfortunately we lost a night of TV. The shower was hard to turn the knob. My wife was recovering from a broken wrist, so I had to help her every time to turn on the shower. Rental of chairs and an umbrella were expensive, I would highly recommend the owners provide those for the guests. Couldn't figure out how to use the dryer/washer - best if the owners provide directions for the washer/dryer and TV. See attached photo showing the TV wiring.
