"Take note on unexpected deposit request"

Good size , clean. Quiet place , good location ,

No proper water filter . Only basic single filter . Not much of cooking utensil or cutlery. Have plate and microwave and induction cooker . Living room got a ceiling fan with bad squeaky so sounds. Aircond is old for certain room.. No place to hang cloths . And no washing machine . Owner separately will ask rm200 deposit before release the key which caught by surprise on such arrangement .

Good location , big house good for big family. Lots of restaurants nearby.

One of the water heater wasn't functioning so took us very long time to get ready since everyone has to use one bathroom.hope owner will get it repaired.
