The hosts provided a video that explained the check in/check out process. When I sent the host a message/question, they responded expeditiously. The apartment was just like it was pictured. We were very pleased. We posted a view from the balcony at midnight before we went to bed.

everything! the entire area is absolutely adorable and there was parking close to the building always! the check in was made extremely smooth by the host and everything inside was just as pictured! the view from the fourth floor was great and very relaxing! enjoyed it so much! hope to come back again!

i did not have any issues with anything!
