Clean, quiet, spacious. Out of the similarly priced locations I stayed in Greece, this is by far the cleanest. Being positioned in a small village some 10 minutes drive from the beach and restaurant area in Nea Peramos, it is also far from the noise of the busy streets and music from the tavernas - this may not be to anyone's liking, but we prefer it this way (just check location on the map if unsure). We are 2 adults and 2 teenagers and found the space large enough and had no issues with the accommodation and the amenities during our stay (the furniture seems pretty new also). The owners are friendly and un-obtrusive, so all good in our book.

Not much, really. As long as you are OK to drive to and from the beach and restaurants, this location is perfect.

Christos and his wife are so kind and welcoming. The place is brand new, clean, and comfortable. Strongly recommended for families. We arrived at the property very late, but Christos saved the day and made the check-in possible at midnight (04:00 am indeed). Thx a lot 🙏

That's by far the best place we have stayed in Greece! The view from the big windows and balcony is simply amazing - looking over vineyards and olive trees. You could watch the sunrise and starry sky, while listening to the sounds of nature, far away from the city noise and hustle. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean and offer everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are always there to help, super attentive and kind. For a couple that drinks lots of coffee, we found the Nespresso coffee machine a great amenity, and a compliment of four coffee capsules magically appeared every morning. The apartment is only a 10-minute drive away from beautiful beaches with golden fine sand and crystal blue water.
