La struttura nuova, ristrutturata e, il fatto che non servissero chiavi per entrate nella camera ma solo codici da digitare nell' apposito tastierino.

La pulizia non eccezionale e, la zona, vicino alla stazione con clochard e personaggi poco raccomandabili.
