Beautiful room with a lovely view. Spacious with great facilities in the room. Pool area is lovely. Breakfast was gorgeous. Would recommend paying for breakfast in advance when booking as there is absolutely nothing close to the hotel for breakfast. Supermarket is a good bit of a walk away. Had a gorgeous massage also.

The shower was terrible. So much faffing trying to get hot water. Couldn't get it working. Rang reception for help, waited 30 mins for someone to arrive and they didn't. In the end I had to go to reception to wait for someone to come. The man came and showed us how to work it but didn't speak English so we didn't know how to adjust the temperature. Cleaners came the next day and moved the dials so more cold water again later that day, spent so long trying to get hot water. Such a waste of water but also, just get regular shower dials like every other hotel. I've never come across a shower like it. Also, the man serving the pool bar wasn't the friendliest, he was by himself and the pool was busy. Not his fault he was alone but smiling and attending to hotel guests is surely something expected in a 4* establishment? The hotel is located quite far out of Vigo but the bus stop is right outside. There are no restaurants/supermarkets close by so bear that in mind if you haven't rented a car. €24 per person to use the indoor pool/sauna/jacuzzi is also ludicrous. We did not pay to use it. It should be complimentary for hotel guests or at least include one free visit like most other Spanish hotels.
