Please note that due to maintenance works, the spa will be closed on the last monday of each month. Access to the thermal circuit is not adapted for disabled guests. Please note that reservation is needed for the use of the spa. Children under 12 years are not allowed in this facility. Spa and Restaurant service are closed on Sundays from 3:00 p.m.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Si no avisas a los clientes es una estafa"

La chica de recepción intentó mantener el tipo mientras nos decía que no podía hacer nada al llegar y enterarnos que habían cerrado la piscina dias antes y no nos habían avisado en plena ola de calor

que no avisaran a sus clientes que el principal reclamo del hotel que es la piscina en pleno ves de junio y con unas temperaturas de 40 grados estaba cerrada y no nos dieron ninguna solución, tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel y no nos compensan con la devolución del dinero ni con cambio de fechas, si las condiciones de contratación no se cumplen y no avisas es una estafa, si no das una alternativa a los clientes

"Estancia muy agradable"

En primer lugar, el personal muy amable, a destacar Esther (en recepción) que es muy agradable. Las plazas del aparcamiento son amplias y la habitación estaba genial.

En la zona de buffet no había aire, por lo que hacía bastante calor en esa zona. El desayuno era bastante repetitivo y el Wifi no funcionaba muy bien...
