"bad cost benefit and wrong adverstising."

Good localization, staff from reception very friendly.

No swimming pool as advertised. The apartment would have needed a deeper cleaning (quite dirty), one shower did not drain the water resulting in flooding.

I had a really bad experience with wynwood property, and really made my stay in Lima awful. We had 3 nights to spend in Lima before going back home so me and my boyfriend decided to treat ourselves and book something nice and unique. We saw this add on booking offering an apartment with a private pool. We booked and were super excited to see it but when we arrived on site it was no pool. The add was fake and we had to stay in overpriced basic apartments.

Beside the fact that the apartment was not the one we booked on the platforms , we had to wait 1 hour to get access to the appartment . On the ad it said access via digital code but it’s not true someone come and bring you a key. They apparently lost the key that get you access to the elevator and apartment and they were not able to give us the key so they give us a temporary key and had to wait the day after to get the official key to be able to access the elevator and apartment. Also it was 0 signal in the apartment and they didn’t give us any instructions for the WiFi . Since we arrived late night we had to wait the day after to contact them and finally get the WiFi instructions . The shower was licking too and weird smell was constantly in the apartment . The staff was not cooperative at all and act like robot . Telling us they understand our concern and nothing was wrong for them.
