A Casa Di Giordy B&B

Ho trascorso una notte tra sabato e domenica con la mia compagna presso a Casa di Giordy a Castro e non posso che parlarne benissimo. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa, l’ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli e la pulizia impeccabile. Una menzione speciale va sicuramente alla colazione, vera coccola del mattino: il buffet è ricco, vario e soprattutto fatto in casa. Le torte preparate dalla proprietaria sono una più buona dell’altra – si sente tutto l’amore e la passione che mette nel cucinare! La posizione del B&B è comoda per esplorare Castro e le meraviglie del Salento, ma è il calore umano e l’atmosfera familiare che rendono questo posto speciale. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, autenticità e una colazione da sogno!

Tutti gli aspetti di questa struttura sono assolutamente positivi. Gentilezza e disponibilità di Assuntina. Pulizia e posizione della struttura. Qualità della colazione offerta. Davvero un posto perfetto per soggiornare!!

Solo aspetti positivi da elencare! 1. POSIZIONE della struttura (con vista mare) in una tranquillissima zona residenziale a due passi dal centro. Sono presenti numerosi posti auto e quest’aspetto è stato fondamentale per farci vivere la settimana nel completo relax. 2. Camere e bagni ampi e luminosi, dotati di tutti i comfort, ben arredati e soprattutto PULITISSIMI! 3. COLAZIONE varia ed abbondante che comprende anche diversi dolci (squisiti!!) preparati da Assuntina, la proprietaria. 4. Dulcis in fundo, i proprietari: Assuntina e Rosario. Sono gli host perfetti ed è difficile descrivere la loro estrema disponibilità, la professionalità, la cura e la passione che mettono nel loro lavoro. Sono persone più uniche che rare! Esperienza più che positiva, siamo stati davvero benissimo e ci torneremo appena possibile!

Casa Di Giordy deserves well beyond a 10/10. We stayed for four nights and truly wished we could have stayed longer. The owners, Assunta and Rosario, made Giordy’s feel like home from the very beginning. They were incredibly accommodating; on our first night, when we missed the last bus to the property, they kindly offered to pick us up from the train station. Each morning, we were greeted warmly by Assunta and Rosario with smiles and a bountiful breakfast spread. We were spoiled for choice: cakes, crumbles, biscuits, juices, coffee, tea, cereals, and more!! with extra food offered to take on our day trips. Our room was spacious, beautiful, and homely, always kept spotless by Assunta herself with fresh towels and a clean, inviting scent. The balcony offered stunning views, and the air conditioning was perfect for the summer heat. The facilities were generous and well thought out, making our stay as comfortable as possible. As visitors from Australia, we had plenty of questions, and Assunta and Rosario went above and beyond to help us. They assisted us in renting a scooter, helped us get around when we didn’t have transport, and Rosario even drove us to our next accommodation in Otranto, taking the time to stop at scenic spots along the way so we could enjoy the views. We cannot thank Assunta and Rosario enough for their generosity, kindness, and genuine care. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Casa Di Giordy isn’t just a place to stay; it’s a place where you feel truly welcomed and cared for. We will absolutely be back, and we already miss you both!

La casa es maravillosa y la habitación soñada. Asunta una persona maravillosa nos recibió muy cariñosamente y nos ofreció todo a su disposición. El desayuno epico con el famoso pasticcioto hecho por ella misma una genia total. 10/10
