Este aproape de mare, interesant că poți urca și pe acoperișul casei..climă super ok.

Nu se specifică unde exact e parcarea , am parcat în fața proprietății și am primit amendă. Apoi când am cerut lămuriri, pentru că nu e nici un semn că e interzis în fața proprietății..proprietarul a spus că vizavi de cazare, gen peste drum. Dacă vrei vreo informație, nu primești sub 10 ore vreun răspuns. Când am intrat, era nisip pe jos, nu puteai umbla desculț.

- The ants - lots of it! - Parking restrictions not advertised. I got a parking ticket by parking on the property side of the road. However there's only one sign at the beginning of the street, which can easily pass unnoticed by people not used to the traffic signage in Italy. At least another two guests of the property got tickets as well in the subsequent days. A warning on the listing would be helpful.

Despite some of the previous reviews—which all hold some truth—here are my thoughts on Sea View House 5: The photos are accurate, though the space feels slightly smaller in person. It could feel cramped with more than 3–4 guests. Kitchen utensils are limited but seem to have improved since earlier reviews. A proper kitchen knife would be a welcome addition. The welcome basket included 4 Lavazza A Modo Mio capsules, which was a nice touch. A bottle of water would have been appreciated as well. The bathroom is compact but very functional, with excellent water pressure. The two bedrooms are downstairs with no windows—ideal for those who like sleeping in complete darkness and staying cool during hot summer nights. The beds are comfortable. The "walk-in closets" in each room are a bit unusual, but they do provide extra storage. The small rooftop terrace is lovely for sunbathing, though realistically only fits two people at a time. The house has nice features but still feels a little unfinished in places. There are just a few restaurants nearby, but they’re all quite decent. A small supermarket is about 5 minutes away on foot, perfect for basic groceries. Do take the time to enjoy the sunrise—the sun sets on the opposite side of the island. Overall, this is a great place to stay if the above points aren't a dealbreaker for you.

The house is great, clean and in a good location a few steps from the beach. Check-in was easy. The only thing I didn't think was the kitchen was well equipped. It was a bit difficult to cook without a good knife and the pots didn't have lids.

Location, quietness, rooftop,

bedrooms in basemen, windows can’t open. One small bathroom. No showers/toilets downstairs. Its good that bedrooms are in basement, keeps it cool over night. But lack of en-suite bathrooms 👎. No parking near the property, can’t park on the property drive/garage space. We had owners of the property ringing door bell twice in same day asking us to move the car?? Parking belongs to the property we are paying for to stay at and you can’t park there? Warning, if you leave the car in front of the house on the road, Police will write you a parking ticket.! No kitchen towels, no coffee, sugar, one small espresso machine, not sure it works thou. Water boiling Kettle ? Cheap 5 euros one?

Location and calm no more rush like city center

Bedrooms were always very cold although I summer and need to warm it before going into. But yes it's not so big point to consider.
