Locatia are potential, insa in momentul de fata nu merita pretul cerut. Odata rezolvate problemele mentionate mai jos probabil l-ar merita.

Am stat in apartamentul de la demisol care are o problema majora cu igrasia. Mirosul ne-a lovit imediat ce am intrat in apartament. Am deschis geamurile sa aerisim, dar dupa ce am iesit de la dus mirosul a fost si mai puternic. Am avut un dezumidificator care nu a facut nici o diferenta. Asternuturile si prosoapele trebuie schimbate urgent. Cand am ajuns, locul de parcare era liber, insa dupa ce ne-am intors din oras era ocupat. Locul de parcare ar trebui rezervat cumva, altfel l-ar putea ocupa oricine.

Ubicacion perfecta Servicio muy amable Todo correcto en mi estancia en Cluj Napoca me he sentido cómodo en todo momento, la atención inmejorable, la limpieza muy cuidada, recomiendo este lugar mucho.
