"Fine for a one night stay"

Found parking in road, sign is useful when driving down road to locate it, it was ok, very basic and fine for a one night stay

The light in the kitchen did not work, the booking info from booking.com said 287, but it was 289, luckily I noticed the lock box on the other door. I asked host for a picture of front door to help locate it and they said they would send but never did. I had no contact with them face to face or online but we found and got in ok by ourselves, would have been nice if they had replied so you have confidence if there is a problem they will respond

"Good, but..."

Booking price was reasonable. The location of the apartment is good, in walking distance from the Perugia Ponte San Giovanni train station. In about 15 minutes, with Regionale Train and Minimetro you can reach the historycal center of Perugia. The size of the apartment is enough for a couple.

The bathroom smells badly and also the towels. The air conditioners require maintanence, smells. The kitchen wardrobe is worn-out. Some reconditioning should be made in the kitchen.
