We didn’t stay in this property advertised they moved us to a completely different place on the day of arrival.

Disappointing, the information says that you will only be asked for £300 if any damage occurs after your stay, but they require a deposit when you arrive otherwise they refuse to give you check in information, there is no elevator, the apartment was not clean when I arrived at 3 pm tired from the trip, I had to wait for the key and the end of cleaning for 1 hour and a half, I don't recommend it.

The location was great, picking up the keys was fairly easy and the hosts were very responsive.

This apartment was one of the worst apartments we've stayed in. When we arrived, we found dirty used towels behind the bedroom door and the unit was not clean, especially the bathroom. We came during winter and the water shower pressure was a trickle with barely any water coming out. We informed the owners who sent a handy man but he did something to where the hot water was turned off. So not only did we have awful water pressure, we only had cold water in the middle of winter. We had to heat up water in the electric kettle to give ourselves a sponge bath. We booked the apartment specifically because it had a washing machine but they did not have any cleaning pods for us to use. While the hosts were very nice to our complaints, this apartment is not modern, smelled, and was literally the worst place we've booked. Do not book this place!!

Place was filthy all the windows in the property were covered in dirt, Electrics were faulty crackling noise from behind the light and lights cut off after switched on which is a fire hazard host offered to have an electrician attend the next day but we felt unsafe staying, Pubic hair in the bathroom on the floor, sink in the kitchen is stained and dirty, exposed wires inside the cupboards AVOID!!!!!!
