MYMYMYThe location is very good as The Shore is strategically located near the many attractions of Gaya Street. The house is clean and has basic utilities that you need such as a TV, a washing machine and some cooking utensils. The staff communicates well before arriving and answers messages. There are huge plush toys that looks cute. Although not mentioned you do get some cooking utensils such as a rice cooker, electric cooker and an induction stove (which is broken). Very well priced
- The TV is internet dependent with an Android box but there is no wifi. So itโs basically unusable. - There is a washing machine but it took some time to figure out that you need to use the connector and attach the pipe to the faucet that you also use to wash food and do dishes. There is no dedicated piping. - Some of the wall sockets are not usable. I found two that didnโt supply power. - I think adding a table in front of the TV is a good idea - I think having the kitchen cabinet and utensils outside if the small room is a good idea.

The cleanness is not good enough, cuz being honestly my mom & I saw baby cockroach come out from the bottom of the bed... And just around the Shore, there got lots of Philippines children, they are begging everywhereโฆand at the ground floor of the building, just come out from the lobby u can see rats at the evening until night time. Btw, good property but the environment is not very well.
MYMYMYI liked that the room are clean and its also convenient that at the bottom of the apartment complex itself there's food like fatt kee, burger king and even orange near the exit directly for the shore, parking was also reasonable for visitors, not overly expensive as well. Quite okay, considered it's located near the spots that my group wanted to go like Jesselton Point. Had encounter issues with the aircon and was lost because not used to the area, but the facilitator actually guided me well, providing reassurance at her end, which I am very grateful about.
There was an unexpected issue where the living room aircon has an issue (cannot turn it on and etc) but manage to fix it the next day by headstarting the aircon. But it was a sudden issue, so cannot really blame the house owner either.
