1. False Advertising: The villa did not match the pictures provided online. There was no pool table or karaoke as advertised. 2. Food Delivery Policy: Guests are not allowed to have food delivered to their rooms, which was not communicated to us in advance. We ordered food and were then informed we had to pick it up ourselves from the guard house. 3. Rude Staff: When we asked why we weren’t informed about the food delivery policy, the person in charge shouted at us and gave an unsatisfactory response, stating that guests usually cook or eat outside. 4. Early Check-out Time: The check-out time was 11 AM, earlier than the standard 12 PM, which was inconvenient. Have to RM 50 for extra hour 5. Dirty Pool: The pool was dirty, and we had to clean it ourselves before using it. Overall, our stay at Villa 1229 was far from pleasant. We hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
