Clean newly refurbished

No hand towel rails in bathrooms and no hand towels. No mirrors in a bathroom and none in bedrooms. No tea towels. Steps into the property would be difficult for an older person to navigate.

Everything about the property was great, good location also. Very nice facilities in a perfect neighbourhood

arrived at the property to a man still in the premises, the premises was still untidy and he said he would be back in an hour he has gone to get cleaning products!!!! I have not even been able to feel comfortable in the property , I followed all rules and made my check in time aware with the owners who confirmed, I even arrived at 3 which was the standard check in time which would've allowed them more time to make sure everything was perfect. I arrived at 15:05 and I have video and photo proof of this it had nearly been 2 hours and I am still sat here waiting for a cleaner and a messy kitchen. The cleaner arrived after pestering them completely to the max and didn’t get finished cleaning until around 6pm. My whole day was wasted waiting on them , I paid for somewhere I thought would be straight forward and got a chaotic and hassling check in. As a woman I felt unsafe also as the cleansers were two men and I wasn’t warned about them , to have to sit with them in the house was not comfortable for me. I needed to shower after a long travel and even felt uncomfortable doing that.

The apartment is FANTASTIC. It has all the comfort one might need and it is placed in a very good area.
