Oasis la Cala 3 ,Pools, Parking and wifi

Schönes Apartment mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Relativ nah zu Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Lidl). 15min zu Fuß vom Strand. Sehr nette, kompetente und hilfsbereite Angestellte, die am Wochenende und abends antwortete.

Baustelle überhalb der Anlage, gerade beim Pool relativ laut war.

De lokatie was super, gemakkelijk alles bereikbaar zelfs op wandelafstand winkels en restaurants

We missen het persoonlijke contact bij aankomst. De toegang tot het appartement werd ons bezorgd via WhatsApp, echter stonden de foto's niet in de juiste volgorde, wat voor verwarring zorgde. Door een defect aan de "remote control" konden we geen gebruik maken van de garage. Bestek is te weinig voor een appartement voor 4 personen.

De bank en de matrassen. De matrassen waren echt van vreselijke kwaliteit. Met slecht slapen als resultaat. 😓

A few days before we arrived I had contacted the host and she met us at the agreed time. The rooms were spacious, air con lovely, the apartment was very clean. Could be a nice touch if there was an up to date music system. Other than that nice 15 mins walk to town, Lidl down the road. Saw a couple of boars walking about in their families.

The only issue we had was we were not aware that the terrace doors locked behind us when we went onto the terrace, the host did not make us aware and there was no signage at all to tell us this. Therefore shortly after arriving we all sat outside and got locked out !! Thankfully I had my phone with me but the other girls did not. I contacted Cheli straight away and we waited around 40 mins to be let back in as she was on another check in, not her fault but due to waiting and being right at the start of our holiday it put a bit of a downer on it. One of the girls in the group had anxiety about being locked on the terrace with no water so we had to calm her down as much as possible. If we didn’t have a phone on us I’m not sure what we would have done !!

The apt is beautiful, large and with everything you need for a self catered stay. The greeter was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The pool wasn’t open however a second pool was offered which was great. But the second pool overlooked a very noisy building site. Very minor complaint and not affecting the apt.

Location was decent

No hot water for duration. Broken lock on back door on arrival but fixed after informing them Toilet did not flush but fixed as above. Lift to room broke down 3 times Closest pool was shut for maintenance for duration of stay. Nearest pool in block 5 was half a mile walk away and packed. Did not see one member of staff. Messaged to inform no hot water and told well the last tenants and cleaning staff didn’t mention it.
