"Cockroachs, all air cons in that building are not working."

The inside is clean with relatively new furniture.

They are showing us something completely different online when you get to the destination you regret like no body’s business! The sad part it’s a no refundable deal!! Imagine at 38 degrees the fan is blowing very super hot humid air the whole night!!

"If aircon worked would have rated the place highly but was left with little sleep and very disappointed."

Well appointed furniture. Decent beds.

Aircon doesn’t work at all. Turns on but no cool air. A disaster in Durban and ruined the stay.

The cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable beds, the living room and the kitchen.

Though the kitchen was clean and neat, the kettle wasn't working we had to boil water with a pot. The dish washing liquid was too little , please use a bigger container. Upon booking it was said there was an air-conditioner but it was a fan, the heat was unbearable.
