I booked Delux family room , which is underground, the Fresh Air ventilation problems, then change my room , the staff is cooperative to change the room next day. The location is little bit messy as lot of car maintenance shops nearby hotel, but overall Acceptable.

Rooms smelt like damp beds felt wet pillows smelt of damp very hard sleep on at the end had to put my shirt on the pillow and sleep on top of my shirt. unreliable told them about our flight we were told someone would give a wake up call never received it, were informed they would have milk in the hotel for child when asked for child were told none available.
