I AM Koh Ker

The place is going through major construction and there is a camp for the large crew right by the cabins. Pretty awkward situation Also I wanted help getting a motorcycle to take me to the temple grounds where i would tour alone, then get a motorcycle back and find another transport to Beng Mealea. Instead the owners insisted on a car that would tour with me and take me to Beng Mealea. They said there was noone who operates motorcycle taxi in the village (i’m sure that is not true) . Their expensive driver drove super slowly to save gas, his car had major alignment issues he wouldn’t stop at the ticket counter so we had to go back once i was turned away 10km later. And he insisted on time limits for the stops. He knew no English and would call his boss - the hotel owner - who barely spoke English and was quiet unhelpful. So yea, maybe stay somewhere else.

Big room, big beds, big Swimmingpool. Very friendly owner and staff. We visited Prasat Prehear Vihear and Koh Ker by Taxi. Interesting, authentic Cambodia, only few tourists outside Siem Reap. But worth it and this Hotel is a good place to spend one or two Nights. We spent two, one was a perfect relaxing day round the pool and in the comfortable, cool and big room. It is like an independent house.Good food in the restaurant!!

The owner was incredible with us, amazing welcoming with beautiful people, everything was great ! Thank you for all the help, we never forget that! Have a break in this place, the pool, the room, the restaurant everything was fabulous!

We had a great stay. Big room, with big beds and nice views. Great restaurant with allot of choices and everything we tried was really good. The owner was a great guy, helped us with arranging bikes and a driver. The staff working there were also very nice. Good swimming pool as well. Everything was perfect for us
