Friendly stuffs , good food and good service. Needs to be more cleaner bedsheets and towels and there’s lot of little cockroaches around the room. Stuffs are always available and doing best to provide all the help I needed

The staff were nice and helpful. They helped with our suitcases and anything we needed. The hotel is located in a very touristic spot close to the gateway of India as well as the Taj Hotel. Walking distance, facilities were available. Breakfast was amazing. And you can order food at any time without any issue.

The rooms are nothing like the ones in the picture. There were no windows. The rooms are tiny. Lots of dust and there is the lingering smell of insects. There is no boiler, mini fridge nothing so make sure you consider that when it comes to storing your food. The AC did not work in both the rooms that I had booked. Also, it is based on the third floor and there’s no elevators. So consider that if you are bringing an elderly person or someone with health issues.

Nice location is the only positive thing about this place. Although the building it is located in is purely horrible.

Outrageous dirty and run down place! I would avoid at all cost! Dirty, moldy walls and floors, cockroaches everywhere, no hot water or sometimes water at all. Broken, cheapest, really old furniture, stains on the linen and smelly towels. Was a pure nightmare. Pictures are from most probably 10 years ago.

No lift and to many steps to climb not it wasn't worth
