Super friendly hosts! They sent us the guidelines on how to enter and everything went super smoothly, even when we arrived after midnight. It looks just like in the photos. It’s great if you are a family, a couple or someone that comes here just for relaxing and less for exploring if you don’t have a car. The apartament has everything, iron, washing machine, kettle, fridge, AC, wifi, hair dryer etc but what really caught my attention and made me realise how thoughtful and kind our hosts are was the two 2L water bottles in the fridge. We were so thirsty after 16h travel and we forgot to buy water and when we saw it in the fridge we were so pleased. If you close the blinds while you are away during the day, you will get back to a cold dry apartment, not humid or hot, which was so great especially during the insanely hot weather we had (38°C-40°C). Th sofas in the apartment are extendable. This trip it was only me and my mother, so one slept in the bedroom and one on the sofa. Great, great location, 2min from the beach. The beaches are stunning, crystal clear waters and with tavernas that serve fresh seafood and traditional greek food and you could also sit on the sunbeds if you ordered something from the bar, even if it’s just a coffee. Everyone in the area was so kind to us. One thing here is that you will never get dehydrated, they serve free water EVERYWHERE, I even tried to buy once from a taverna and the barista just didn’t let me pay, she kept saying water is free in Greece 🥹 And you will mostly get something for free at tavernas after a meal (ice cream, fruits) Very close bus stations that takes you to Thessaloniki Centre, or by water bus 5-7min away from the apartment. The boats in the attached photos are the waterbuses.

Really small inconveniences that are not worth mentioning. One important thing is that to get to Thessaloniki City Centre is 1.5h by bus and 1h by waterbus, so we couldn’t rely much on visiting different places, but we did go twice to Thessaloniki and it was really nice. However, when we booked the location, we saw that the city of Thessaloniki doesn’t actually have beaches, you have to stay in the surrounding areas, like this one.

despite that the apartment is renovated, it has still smell of mold and humidity! we paid for 3 nights ; because in the description says that the apartment is newly renovated !! and after the moment we arrived i understand that my mother(ex asthmatic) has started to have some breathing reaction because of the smell of mold and humidity ;( we are 5th time in Pearea and this is the first time this happened) we kindly asked the owner to refund our next 2 nights ,because we didn’t expect this situation from the Apartment but they refused, so we had to stay all the time with open windows everywhere and of course there is not so silent outside because the Apartment is in the Mezzanine; so you can not have an good sleep

We had an amazing stay at Chris and Marys. Asteris was a great host and extremely welcoming.

New furniture, Facilities, neighbors

The owner of the property, Astris, accommodate us and promptly resolved all our requests. We are extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this place to future travelers without hesitation for a delightful seaside experience. The advantages are two rooms, spaciousness, a terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and cooking utensils, and the extremely convenient washing machine in the bathroom, which made rinsing the salt off our swimsuits effortless. The proximity to Thessaloniki is definitely a plus. The beach is peaceful and relaxing without crowds. As a family of four, we lacked nothing. Thank you.

Good value for money. The building is a little bit old, but the apartment is completely renovated and all appliances you need for a short stay are there, including a washing machine. Also, you have all the privacy, it is separated, with its own entrance. City sandy beach is very, very close, a few more too. There are many fish restaurants nearby, supermarkets are close too. If you like you can go to Thessaloniki by boat, by bus or by car. It is 20 km away. Like I said, good value for money.
