Beautiful renovated building! Well done and all finishes, etc. are gorgeous. Plenty of space and everything you need is there. Back patio area is very nice also. Great location, within walking distance of all the sites & activities Hot Springs has to offer.

Unfortunately the public garage next door is noisy, but at least closed to public entry from 10:00 pm til 7:00 am. During our 1 night stay motorcycles and loud muffler car decided to joy ride all the levels for about 30 minutes around 9:00 pm, annoying loud sounds. Then around 6:00 a.m. the garbage truck emptied about 4/5 containers right outside our window. No fault of this really nice place, just frustrating.

This was the PERFECT place for our two night stay in Hot Springs. Close to everything, private setting, and a free parking garage right next door. Loved the inside and outside space!

I loved the convenience of the location, as well as the safety! I parked in the free parking which had police there at all times and is literally right next to the studio. The building has locks on every door including the front and back doors which made me comfortable knowing no one can just walk in randomly. The studio was super clean and open! The shower was huge and the towels were super soft and even smelled clean and fresh. The Roku tv allowed me to login to whatever my preferred show was, or gave me the option to watch live hulu from the studios account. I was able to use the mini fridge to keep all the snacks I got from Bathhouse Row fresh! The coffee pot came in super handy for the early mornings. The temperature was very easy to control, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds ive ever been in, and they even provided a little sound machine/night light on the end table. I'm also super grateful for the water station! I used it multiple times to get refills of the spring water! I'd recommend this studio to anyone who comes to the hot springs area. I cannot say enough positive things about it!
