Beliggenheden. Store værelser.

Der var meget koldt, huset meget utæt. Kun en radiator i køkken alrummet (ikke nok). Køkkenet mangler skåle og fade. Ukurant service! Strømstik fra TV kunne ikke nå et stikkontakt. Flere lamper virkede ikke. Alt for lille og langsom kaffemaskine. Dårlige ledløse stole, kun 6 stk. derudover klapstole (ikke behagelige at sidde på).
