The location is excellent, two blocks in one direction to the Tel Aviv beaches and two blocks in the other direction to all that is trendy, restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes and ice cream shops. Roomy, large apartment . Clean bedding and towels.

The bedrooms and bathrooms clean, but the rest of the apartment with all of the host’s stuff was filthy. Soiled upholstery, broken sofa ,dirty ceiling fans, grubby kitchen cabinet facing and handles, black air conditioner vents, missing screens, leaking toilet. We had issues upon arrival that were never resolved by the property rental company ,we were unable to park in the lot because the remote wasn’t working. The cleaning person was rude , and although we stated our arrival time was 3pm, the cleaning person was not done until 4:30 and we had to wait outside.
