5bed House, 8 Double beds Perfect for large groups

The property is large, especially the bedrooms upstairs, plenty of room. There was a garage which we used too and enabled us to have 4 cars parked safely. It was in walking distance of a lovely village with lots of amenities just around the corner. It had a large garden for the dogs to roam about in and it had a homely feel. I would also like to say thank you to the lovely lady for calling me when the property was ready enabling us to arrive a little earlier, much appreciated.

Not much to be honest. The only criticism would be a lack of locks on some of the bathroom doors upstairs and maybe a mat for getting out of the bath / shower as the floor was slippy which nearly caused an accident. I hope that’s useful feedback.

Instructions clearly given on how to enter the property. Property was clean and comfy and we felt like we were at home. House has ample parking for 2 cars and has a downstairs bedroom and a downstairs WC for anyone not able to go upstairs. This was perfect for us with my parents. PS4 also available in one of the bedrooms which my 3 boys enjoyed playing while waiting on me getting ready or for an hour in the evening before bed. The weather was nice while we were staying so we were able to sit outside and make use of the patio furniture. Park close by for the kids to enjoy, a shop and petrol station very close and it was only a short walk into the village. We enjoyed a day in Scunthorpe which was a short drive away and also a day at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Both took about 15-20 minutes to get to.

The house is very big and comfortable, very well appointed. The bedrooms are big, the beds very comfortable. Situated in a nice neighbourhood, 5 minutes walk from a nice pub and a convenience store. Would use again and recommend.
