Lucky #9 Hot Springs

This condo is an upstairs unit and posted pictures are accurate. It is very spacious, clean, and is beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of bath towels. Beds are very firm and pillows were adequate. AC kept everything cool and the neighborhood is quiet at night. Really great location and reasonably priced. Cheaper than most hotels in the area, even with the cleaning fee. I would stay here again.

This place has the potential to be a perfect 10, but I have to give it a 9, due to the unit smelling like marijuana. It is very strong as you come in the door into the livingroom. Very faint smell in bathrooms and bedrooms. Smell is stronger when ac is running..

Nice location, great potential

Air filter was caked with dust, old toothpaste on bathroom counter tops, webs on light fixtures, actuator in the washer had never been cleaned before, as I brought all of these issues up to the host Mary, she didn’t even know what an actuator was. She didn’t offer any resolution.

It was really nice for each of us to have our own spaces. It was nice to be able to cook while we were there. The space was comfortable and conveniently located to the places we came to visit.

I didn't like the pressure in the shower and the cold water was sparse in both showers. And there was no place to put toiletries in the master shower. The washer had really hot water when washing in cold.

I love this location! Close to everything. Mary was amazing. Always answering all my questions and more than welling to help! Oh and the comforts on these beds will make you go out and buy one. I did!

There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like about this place. Will most definitely stay again.

It was In a great location. Very quiet and peaceful.

You can smell a little bit of weed. My guess is from other people in the building.
