The pool was clean

The bed was hard and uncomfortable making the long days longer. The lazy river was pretty nasty.

"Excellent"

Just needed more bath towels and please clean the the main sliding glass door to balcony, so hard to open and close. Beautifully updated. Conveniently located. Definitely recommend this property. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and comfortable. I would ask your cleaners to use better garbage bags in the kitchen. Paper thin and ripped while pulling out of trashcan.

It’s a nice location. They are very strict with the parking. We forgot to put our paper up one night in our car and we had a warning ticket on it. It all makes sense. Our unit could be cleaned a little bit more. There was dark hair in both bathrooms and dirt on the doors and make up but all in all we did have a fabulous trip. It is a nice unit.

Very convenient. Has a very big pool on the beach side. Easy to get around.

Shower drain needs attention and bed skirt in master bedroom needs washed. Other than that all was good!

The wristbands wasn’t needed…but it’s still good to have close by….the balcony was nice with poolside view .. Also I really appreciated that second bathroom You will have to wash towels with W/D in unit if more fresh towels are needed

The elevator on the far right side didn’t work ..I had to take the stairs to the pool… Also we never found the lazy river unless the pool was the lazy river

The serenity. The friendly staff. The pool areas were very clean.

We had to learn from others guests and a wonderful staff member by the name of Renee that there was a bay side and how to get to all of amenities the property offers.
