Whole house, Amohau St opposite Trade Central - 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps up to 6, 5 beds, wheel chair friendly

Struggling to find anything positive really. I suppose, if needed, disabled access was good.

Pin code entry. Accommodation can only be described as an 'office' . Cold, plain and sterile, with the additional camp beds, file cupboard, office signage, computer desk...all in the lounge; very strange set up. More like a school hostal. Would benefit from some art work, ornaments, plants and soft furnishings. Carpet was hard on the feet - office floor tiles. Bathroom dire!! Cheap plastic shower curtain, well worn old slip mat with previous visitors hair attached. The fruit in the fruit bowl were about a month old. After a very long drive, it was so disappointing and could not understand how some previous reviews were favourable (family members?). The worst thing was the huge traffic noise, bith say and throughout the night. Potholes and drains outside didn't help. On a lighter note, our family have had numerous jokes and laughs at 'the office stay' which has to be, not only the worst accommodation in our 7 week stay in NZ but anywhere we have travelled, in the world.

Direkt an einer sehr lauten und viel befahrenen Straße. Die Haupt-Schlafzimmer sind vom Lärm der Straße betroffen.

good hosts and property met expectations

House was exceptionally clean and in a great location walking distance to town, we arrived early hours of the morning and the host kindly had the heatpump on for us so the house was toasty and warm when we arrived. Excellent,friendly and quick communication from the host. Easy to follow check in instructions.

House is on the main road into town,so the road noise is noticeable but not uncomfortably loud.

Very clean and organised. Great layout for family space and great location. Host was very accommodating to our last minute booking and such a pleasure to deal with.
