"Well located, clean and comfortable hotel but with limited facilities."

Room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was ok but staff were very helpful and friendly. Well located with restaurants and cafes located close by.

No lounge to relax. Had to take stairs up a level from Reception to access lifts. TV remote was not working and shower was not hot but manager had both fixed quickly.

"Wonderful place"

The staff…Radi, Jolene, Freda and Sally were awesome. Great beds and showers (we had 2 rooms). Amazing breakfast. We were here before and lived it. Now upgraded its even better. Super helpful staff. Thank you. And a great view of table mountain from our room.

Have to walk up 1 flight to the elevator.

The rooms were clean and next to a lot of shops and facilities.

Windows that are not opening. No fresh air coming into the rooms due to lack of opening windows.
