The location, accurate description and ease of getting in, apartment was very clean and chic.

Tv wasn’t working and breakfast was poor

Location was great ,access and parking was very close by

The communal areas were really dirty,smelly and noisy! The air conditioning was blowing warm air out and the windows did not open. In the description it states “on the go” breakfast, we were left 2 packets of porridge with 4 x5ml sachets of milk,this was for 4 adults! I text the owner and I was told to make the porridge with water although it says “make with milk”. I was then told ,the cleaners would drop more porridge off the following morning,I told them not to bother as we didn’t want knocking up! It also says “on arrival there would be goodies” there were nothing! The spare bedding was dirty and smelt really fusty!

I would remove the “breakfast included” ad I feel a few sachets of porridge would be standard complimentary. Also entrance of main property is not welcoming at all.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The host provided very clear instructions and videos on entering the building and finding the apartment. On entering the apartment we couldn’t have been happier. Exceptionally clean and modern with lovely bathroom toiletries included. One member of the party slept on the sofa bed in the lounge area. She found this extremely comfortable and plenty of bedding was provided. An excellent location within easy reach of shops restaurants and the train station. The apartment was great value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when visiting Leeds.

I would agree with other reviews regarding breakfast.

Nice little place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the basket with coffee etc. Somewhere I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. Was right around the corner from the arena which was an added bonus.

Little confusing but doable.

Stating that Breakfast included is a slight over exaggeration and misleading as it implies more I think.

Great location very close to shops, train station and Leeds arena. Nice little apartment with good facilities. Secure, safe door entry

Don’t think would sell as included breakfast, all it entailed was two pre wrapped pain au chocolates and two pots of porridge to add water to. Foyer on way to key boxes splattered with paint on carpet

Very modern and comfortable apartment! Bed could do with a mattress topper! And very good location

Nothing really breakfast was supposed to be included but wasn’t all that was in apartment was 3 porridge pots
