The Townhouse Ayr - Luxury B&B - adults only

We found this establishment to be a perfect choice for our needs. The entire premises exuded beauty and maintained an immaculate level of cleanliness. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, situated in a tranquil and residential neighbourhood (parking permits are provided), and conveniently close to town amenities and shopping establishments. The room was aesthetically pleasing and, once again, impeccably clean. Lastly. the breakfast was exceptional, with an impressive menu selection.

Very luxurious B&B. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Hosts are very friendly and the breakfast was restaurant quality, not just your usual cooked breakfast options. Located in a picturesque quiet street which is really lovely to walk down and it's not too far to walk to the main town.

A gorgeous room with everything we needed. Very friendly hosts. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. High quality ingredients, very tasty. Bathroom was very luxurious, with lovely soft towels.

On arrival met by one of the owners, Neil, and shown to our room, a tour of the ground floor, breakfast and wifi password explained. The room was very large and with very tall ceilings but felt warm and comfortable with very nice fixtures and fittings, with a lovely en suite bathroom. The bed was large and very comfortable with good quality linens. Coffee and tea station with small fridge with fresh milk in fridge, nice touch. Breakfast the next day was of top quality and cooked to perfection, great choice from traditional full cooked breakfast to fresh fruit and cereals, with a menu of other cooked options which were of restaurant quality. Parking on the street was easy, with parking permit given on arrival, the area is very quiet and a stones throw from the town centre and beach promenade. The actual house is a very well kept stone fronted townhouse which is spotless and inviting with a magnificent staircase and entrance hallway. On arrival we could see that we had picked a fantastic property which was obviously well run, maintained and every thing you would expect from a luxury boutique B + B guesthouse. Attention to detail was spot on. Great value for money and highly recommended. Alison and Neal are very nice hosts.
