It was super good unit clean and spacious hvnt see staff thou cause of the holiday but really had good time

We loved everything about the place and it's very central to everything

The neighbors are very nosey and made us feel not welcomed. We were asked questions by them as if we booked from them. My sisters came to drop us off so it seemed as if we added more people yet it was not like that and this neighbor kept on sending the security to come count us. This needs to be addressed for future travelers. This is very unneceptable.

We loved our stay at La Pirogue. The staff were very friendly and so accommodating. The house was very nice and clean and it just an all around great stay!

Enjoyed the facilities, being the gardens and pool area and easy access to shops, beach etc.

Non-working fans in lounge area and first bedroom (poor maintenance). None to little water pressure in the kitchen. Refrigerator needs attention, due to broken icemaker, loose door handles, which is held on by cable ties. Bed in first bedroom needs replacing. Cleaning service arrived one day 24th December 2024 and taken away half hour later to service other units, for new tenants arriving, however, arrived back at 3pm in the afternoon and did a quick clean. Gas braai stater button missing, not to mention no spatula or tongs available to braai with. Sliding doors hard to open, close or even lock. In general, the unit requires updates.

Safe, quiet, and walking distance to the beach and restaurants

I had to fight cockroaches and not providing clean towels on a daily basis or at least after 2 days

Almost everything, the apartment was clean and well equipped. Great location for families. The host kept in contact with us all the time. We had a great time at La Pirogue.

The lady that helped us check out was rude, her tone with us was very questionable. She complained about the apartment being dirty, when we cleaned it the morning we were supposed to checkout. Mind you it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned our whole stay (which was 5 days). She also insinuated that we took towels from the apartment which was ridiculous.
