I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Even though I repeatedly explained that I was very sick and that the room was uncomfortably cold, the staff showed no willingness to help. Instead of trying to find a solution, they focused on explaining the outside temperature and insisted that heating was not available because it was spring. I was not asking for anything unreasonable—I simply requested the air conditioning remote control so I could make the room more comfortable. Unfortunately, no effort was made to assist me. What disappointed me most was the lack of empathy and hospitality. When a guest is unwell, basic care and a willingness to help should be expected. Sadly, this was not my experience here.

Die Lage ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig gut und schnell erreichbar. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind sauber. Das Frühstück ist frisch und ausreichend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Der Empfangsbereich ist sehr unordentlich. Die Luft riecht modrig. Der Frühstücksraum ist im Keller - ohne Fenster - und schlecht gepflegt, die Tischdecken schmuddelig, der Fußboden fleckig und mit Staubmäusen verziert.
