Location is good. Near to bus stop and supermarket. The stuffs are nice and welcome，help us dropping off the luggage before check in.

Comfortable bed, nice furnishings, large bathroom

No view, except someone else's small garden. Pigeons on the windowsills. Shower door was almost falling off. The electric socket for TV, fridge and kettle was single, and hard to reach behind a table. Ended up plugging the kettle in next to bed.

Very good location next to the Basilica, excellent gelato shop, and a grocery shop. Did not feel like a far walk to Piazza del Campo. Clean rooms. Provided mini fridge and coffee machine. The breakfast was decent and I got to try new foods. Room service was provided each day. It felt like someone was always available at the desk even though there are certain hours the front desk is open.

There wasn’t anything bad, just small things I would have preferred. The bed wasn’t the comfiest, there wasn’t any hand soap, and the shower wasn’t the cleanest. I stayed in a room near the lobby, so the hallway light stayed on all night and the noise level was pretty loud in the mornings and evenings. Other than those small inconveniences, I had a rather nice stay.
