The overall experience was good: nice design, spacious, communication very easy with the host, the apartment looks just like the pictures and lots of parking spots nearby

What I think needs some improvement: -the blankets didn’t have a covering which was a bit strange -warm water capacity - I understand that the boiler’s capacity is limited but it is frustrating not being able to wash your hair (a shower a bit longer than 5 min) -not enough towel hangers (eg. For small towels used for hands)

The location was perfect for my purpose as I was attending the H2O event at Fiera di Levante close by and I could walk from there. There was a fine communication with the host.

We were only in the property for 1 night, but check in and out was very efficient. Host allowed for 11pm check-in and was very helpful. her recommendation for a patisserie within walking distance for breakfast was also excellent. The property is very modern, clean and spacious with a nice level of finishing.

There was not enough hot water for the 4 of us to have warm showers in rapid succession.

Great apartment! Very new, clean and confirmable. Host was great and very helpful.
