"Genrally it was a very good hotel, close to Tenjin area, clean and good service."

First time trying unmanned hotel, we were worrying how could we get room service when things happen. Luckily, the tablet in the room is very easy to use and understand. The kettle broke in the 3rd day of our trip, the staff immediately bring us a new kettle to use. All the staff we met are very helpful and friendly.

You can literally hear the next door. The next door complained us being noisy but we were not even speaking loud, and we can hear what they say pretty clearly, too. Not much privacy.
