Design, location and building safety

There is no window opening to the outside in the second bedroom which caused it to be very hot. The light in the common hallway kept switching on and off all night as well which woke me up constantly. There should be a proper blind installed on that window.

"Absolutely beautiful place but with some points to improve"

Beautifully located and stylish appartment

The electricity went out completely for 6 or 7 times in 2 days, probably the air conditioning couldn't handle it. Luckily I was able to turn everything back on myself. Another point for improvement is that the rooms at the front of the apartment have very thin light curtains, so we always woke up very early from the light. And notice that you can’t park in front of the door, also not loading, but you have to go to a garage (app. 25 euros for a day ticket)
