A Casa di Irene - Loft in Sicily - centro di Palermo

Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro! Il proprietario gentile e cordiale, ha fatto trovare acqua fresca, caffè e brioche per la colazione. Ottima soluzione se si vuole stare in centro. La casa é in ZTL ma con l'app Palermo Mobilità con 5 euro si prende il pass giornaliero. Si trova anche parcheggio nei pressi della struttura.

Vicenzo is a wonderful man, an exceptional host, attentive, pleasant, a person with whom you can make an agreement, who thinks of everything and takes care of his guest in every sense. He was so attentive that he welcomed us with various little things: cold bottled water (which we really needed at that moment), cold milk (for coffee), espresso machine, coffee, sugar, all the necessities for the kitchen, a bottle of wonderful red wine... Just see that man is a perfect host in every sense. He came to see us off and brought a gift - a package of cakes and Sicilian pastries, the ones we didn't get to try. He left us speechless. The next time we go to Sicily, we have no dilemma: we are staying at Vicenzo and nowhere else. We can think about other beaches, about places we didn't get to visit, but the accommodation will be exclusively this apartment and this host.

Almost everything was absolutely perfect. If there is something to complain about, a previous guest mentioned the weak water pressure in the shower, and I would agree with that, although it is not within Vicenco's ability to solve it, the building is simply like that. It wasn't a problem for us: the showering lasts a little longer with less water pressure and that's it. No serious complaint.

Coffee and snacks at your disposal, advice concerning parking, you need a label to park in the street. Street is authentic which can surprise you:-) You can walk to citycentre.

No lift if you have heavy luggage. Neighbourhood is authentic so a bit noisy. But this is Palermo.
