"Desolate apartment and noisy guests."

The owner was responsive.

The location wasn't the greatest. The surrounding areas were absolutely filthy. The apartment wasn't the cleanest. Obvious areas were, but I moved a nightstand to plug in my phone and it was filthy. The insulation to keep noises out was horrible. The upstairs guests arrived around 1am and continued to fight and scream outside. Then they continued to make noises for about two hours while fighting. I could hear everything. I had to complain to the owners and they did respond quickly and did their best to resolve the matter. The apartment is desolate and not in the greatest condition. Definitely not worth the cost..
