Perfect suite #3

Clean room, comfortable bed and full kitchen. Quiet location close to airport, beach and restaurants. Host was responsive and accommodating. Good value, free wifi and parking right in front.

Location was really bad... my husband and I were really scared.

The host was very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchenette was helpful.

The bed was a little firm. The other issues are not anything the host can change. There was noise from airplanes.

This place was exactly like the photos. Clean, looked fairly newly decorated - decorated in the trendy black/white fashion. It is located fairly close to several places - fairly close to old San Juan and the Castillos, also fairly close to the airport. Has a full refrigerator. Two stove burners and a microwave (no conventional oven). Host was kind and friendly - responded to all questions promptly, quickly and kindly.

Fairly close to the airport - and planes flight path. There was enough air traffic I put in my earplugs to sleep at night. Parking is quite limited - if all the units had people in them with rented cars - who knows where they could park. The intersection where one turns on to Calle 13 has a tire store on the corner - the street is the service bay for the tire store. Nothing to do or places to eat or shop in the immediate neighborhood - you'll want to travel 3 miles to find a place to eat.
