"Superb"

Apartment was very clean and accommodating, well equipped and close to the swimming pool where there are sunloungers. Spar shop opposite with a few bars and restaurants around. 10 minutes walk to the beach and other amenities. Would highly recommend this property and would book it again. They even gave us an earlier check in as we'd arrived early in the morning.

The property was clean and just enough space for two people sharing. Kitchen well stocked. Great location, close to bus stop, supermarket and restaurants

The hot water starts to run out after one person showers. Messaged the owner for advice and recommendations however no reply

The decor of the apartment was fresh and bright, really lovely

A few days before we checked out, I text Kristal our contact for the holy home property. I informed her that our flight would not be leaving till 9.30pm and as we were checking out at 11am, I was wondering if there was somewhere to store our luggage for those few hours...my text was ignored. I read through the information booklet in the apartment and it clearly stated that if you should need any information or assistance to call a number, which indeed was Kristal silva's number....I rang the number.....no answer. It also stated in the information booklet that on day of check out that once we had vacated the apartment to contact Kristal by text to inform her of same....I did exactly this.......I received no response to my text.....very poor!!! A simple text back to my query in relation to luggage storage would have enabled me to make arrangements and for my daughter and I to be able to enjoy our last few hours in coste teguise, a simple text back to me this morning to even wish us a safe and pleasant trip!!!!! It's called manners and good customer service, something that Kristal Silva has little knowledge of apparently.
