Overall the hotel is a beautiful space, the room was excellent and the staff was lovely.

Pool staff was friendly but inexperienced. Water pressure in the room shower was very low, and the shower in the men’s shower area by the pool was completely destroyed.

Amazing view amazing place and perfect staff gorgeous location and worth each penny very friendly and experts in costumer service as a 5 star hotel should be would go my next trip to Lebanon one of the very few places that blends natural beauty and luxury extremely luxurious and rated 10/10 kind staff helped plan the perfect anniversary celebration.
