B55 - Santo Amaro Hill Apartment

Its not suitable for rented at all, booking.com should check these things before its even listed in their website. We stayed for few days and experience was worst, first of all you will not get keys at the apartment and it will be handed over at office, once you collect the keys you will have hike mountain like roads with baby stroller and luggage (they will never mention these while booking the house), its just starting and real fun starts here, once you are inside shower will not work and it will leak every where. Be careful otherwise you will get wet automatically. In the kitchen, there will be only one vessel and you have to reuse that one for everything. There will be no basic amenities like salt , sugar, oil etc… There will lot of noise during the night with vehicles passing by, if your child don’t sleep through the noise skip it.. Finally customer response was really bad, i will not even give zero rating for this. Especially with babies it will be a nightmare to stay.

It as very easy to find the office, the place was only 5 minutes walking distance from the office. Vanessa was most helpful.

The hours for getting the keys should be more flexible without having to pay extra.

Lo único que podría decir que me gustó del alojamiento es la decoración. Los muebles son nuevos y modernos pero poco funcionales.

Si estás pensando en alquilar este apartamento te recomiendo que no. Muy muy sucio. En primer lugar, la entrada del apartamento está muy descuidada: restos de sangre, escaleras sin limpiar, mal olor... Un aspecto muy deplorable para un apartamento de alquiler vacacional y para una primera impresión de un sitio en donde vas a estar alojado varios días. Por otra parte, el apartamento debió estar en obras y está todo lleno de polvo blanco en las esquinas, es decir, donde no se limpió (baño, cocina y entrada). Es como si lijaran la pared y dejaran el polvillo blanco. Queremos añadir que el suelo estaba sin limpiar ni barrer, ya que nos encontramos pelos de otras personas (rubios por ejemplo y ninguno de los usuarios somos rubios). La ducha. El funcionamiento de la ducha es malo, ya que debe estar atascada la tubería y no desagua bien, por lo tanto, para evitar inundaciones en el baño, las duchas las estuvimos haciendo con descansos. El tendal roto. Suciedad general. Colchas de las camas manchadas + pelos en las almohadas. No pusieron papel higiénico. Solo un rollo. No pusieron toallas suficientes. No pusieron bolsas de basura cuando mandaron firmar un consentimiento de que tiraríamos la basura. Gel de limpiar los platos solo con agua dentro. Ni gel ni champú suficiente. El apartamento poco funcional y muy pequeño. Una de las habitaciones ni armario tiene. Poco espacio en general. Por último, nos pusimos en contacto con la empresa que nos dio las llaves para ver si ofrecían alguna solución y nada. Muy secos y lo único que vinieron fue supuestamente a limpiar (no fue así ya que todo siguió igual) y trajeron un rollo de papel higiénico y un nuevo tendal.
